Founder / Principal Occupational Therapist
Adam is committed to providing realistic, client-centred support that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives. With over 20 years of clinical experience, he is known for his dedication, efficiency, and clear communication. Report writing is one of Adam’s key strengths. He takes pride in producing detailed, accurate, and evidence-based documentation that supports funding outcomes and guides effective care.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys staying active, following his favourite sports teams, spending quality time with his family, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular fitness.
Rose
Director of Operations
Rose brings a unique blend of experience in education, customer service, marketing, and business development. With a background as a primary school teacher, she brings warmth, empathy, and strong communication skills to every interaction. Rose is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive experience for all clients, especially families and children, and plays a key role in shaping the culture of Adams Health Services.
In her spare time, Rose enjoys spending quality time with her children and making special memories together.
Ayaan
Business Growth and Operations Manager
Ayaan is passionate about supporting clients to build their independence and achieve meaningful goals. His role at Adams Health Services provides valuable hands-on experience, and he finds it rewarding to see the positive impact small, consistent steps can have in someone’s daily life. He brings strong organisational and communication skills to the business, with a keen interest in operations, client engagement, and service efficiency.
Outside of work, Ayaan enjoys playing multiple sports, staying active, and volunteering in the community.
Heng
Senior Occupational Therapist
Heng brings over 10 years of experience as an occupational therapist, with a strong background across hospital, community, and residential care settings. Known for his calm presence and client-focused approach, Heng is passionate about helping individuals achieve meaningful goals and maintain independence in their daily lives. He has extensive experience supporting people with complex needs and is committed to providing high-quality, practical therapy that makes a genuine difference.
Outside of work, Heng enjoys following sports, practicing martial arts, and spending quality time with his family.
